Who We Are

A technology company born from problems we saw first-hand.

The BY Ventures story began with operational problems that repeat every day across different sectors and are too often accepted as unsolvable: unanswered clinic calls, exam results processed by hand, piles of receipts and students who can’t find help when they need it.

We built a separate product for each of these problems, and saw that they shared a common purpose: making AI genuinely useful in people’s everyday work. BY Ventures Teknoloji Limited Şirketi was founded in 2026 to grow that shared vision under a single corporate structure.

  1. September+ launched

    Our first education product, September+, became available to students on the App Store.

  2. Kasa launched

    Kasa, an AI-powered bookkeeping app for businesses, went live on the App Store.

  3. Klinai launched

    Klinai, an AI-powered voice reception service for clinics, opened to its first customers.

  4. Teneffüs launched

    Teneffüs, an AI-powered management platform for educational institutions, launched with its web dashboard and iOS app.

  5. BY Ventures Teknoloji Limited Şirketi founded

    Four brands came together under one corporate roof, with a shared technology foundation and a single growth strategy.

Bahadır Yaşar

Founder & CEO

Bahadır Yaşar is the founder and CEO of BY Ventures Technology. He sets the company’s strategic direction and leads its product development, technology and growth.

Focusing on mobile applications and artificial intelligence during his software engineering studies, Yaşar built September+ and Teneffüs in education, Kasa in finance and Klinai in healthcare. He personally led the design and development of these products’ iOS applications, web platforms and AI infrastructure.

Seeing that the products he had built for different sectors converged around a shared technology foundation and vision, he founded BY Ventures Teknoloji Limited Şirketi in 2026. He has made building simple, secure and accessible AI solutions for real operational problems the company’s core approach.

What We Do
