Our principles

Every AI system we build is designed and operated in line with the six principles below.

01Human oversight

Our AI systems work alongside human judgement, never in its place. In sensitive areas such as healthcare, finance and education, the final decision always rests with people.

02Clear boundaries

We define clearly what our products do and do not do. Our healthcare solutions, for example, never provide medical assessments, diagnoses or treatment advice.

03Transparency

We make sure users know when they are interacting with AI, and explain in plain language how the system works.

04Fairness

We make sure our models serve different user groups with equal quality, and review outcomes regularly.

05Accountability

We take responsibility for the outcomes our systems produce, and log feedback to keep improving.

06Safe development

We roll out new features in a controlled way, putting them through security and quality testing before they reach users.

Data Security

Data belongs to its owner.

We see personal data protection not merely as a legal obligation, but as a core design principle of our products. We comply with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and process data only to the extent the service requires.

  • Data architecture logically isolated per customer
  • Hosting in data centres within the European Union
  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access control and logged access
  • Data minimisation: processing only what is necessary
  • No sharing of data with third parties for marketing
